I needed a good thing today so I took a book stack photo. Four books with my name on it. And I'm working on number five. There were so many days over the last 10 years when I didn't think this would ever happen. Seeing them all together is a good reminder that it was worth pushing on. 💜

I queried for 10 years trying to break into YA before writing THE MAKE-UP TEST. I love being an adult romance writer, but YA holds a special place in my heart. I hope Lia and Mason and their story mean as much to readers as they do to me.

It is completely surreal to me that I'm going to have 4 books in stores by next summer. All w/ beautiful plus-size women on them. 😭
It's been a tough few months for me in a lot of different ways, but I wanted to make this post to remind myself that this is an accomplishment and worth celebrating.
