Hiked up here today. Ground conditions were messy (mud, ice, snow) but the weather was amazing 🤩

Had a thoroughly unenjoyable day at work today.
So I bought myself a rocking chair.

Went to bed in a thunderstorm. Woke up to 2 inches of snow.

The saying goes that it’s better to be alone than in bad company. Working with kids and teens, you realize that they don’t see things that way at all—quite the opposite actually. They would often rather be with people who may insult or bully them than to be alone at the lunch table.
