The design was inspired by our suffragette graphic novel NO SURRENDER and reminds us all that it’s our humanity is what counts, not what’s in our pants. On a dark green and gold ornate background, red scrolls bear the words DON’T LET THE BASTARDS GRIND YOU DOWN. The scrolls have curled ribbon flourishes with a medieval air. In the centre a hand holds aloft a flaming torch. The whole mood is that of a traditional union banner, and of course the BASTARDS are everywhere… on an ornate dark red and gold background, green scrolls bear the words MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK.
