I think I dissociate more than I think. because when I do sit down & reflect on *whatever topic* — I always end up in tears and overcome with emotion.
I guess the important part is that I am still taking times (albeit random) to sit and reflect in the feelings.

i’m going to spokane in less than a week and i’m really going to miss my cat. I have arranged for someone to feed him breakfast & dinner, but I’m sad bc he’s going to be lonely without me. I need some words from someone… how do you leave your cat for several days?!
