This is the bit when I get to say that I have held an original photogravure made and signed by Lyd himself. I did a research project on him at uni and it was such a fun ride :D

My father was a landscape architect and carried two cameras: 35mm automatics, one with colour negative film and one with slide film for project proposals. He would photograph curves, gardens, lampposts, paths... He was part of the team that redesigned the Albert Dock in Liverpool and always "on".
