I have a neck massager. It works really well and yet…you know your tension is high when it whines through the muscles in your shoulders. Like a mixer trying to make its way through a thick dough.

Can we just give colds and flus the respect they deserve? These little tiny bugs that we can’t even see can knock a whole human down for days. And then move on to another and do it again. (Me at urgent care for a cold turned sinus infection.)
