Here's an idea. Instead of wasting time and energy on blame, how about just fix the problem? Usually that's the best course of action. This doesn't mean not finding the reason "Why?" That's understood to be part of fixing a problem.

Don't confuse them.
He is flooding the zone. He knows that media will cover everything he does. Getting people upset. Which helps give him more coverage of the upset people. All just talking about him.

Nature wonderland in a suburban house farm. Yes, sometimes we find indications of back yard scuffles, but it's not always the hawk who wins. Wish we could get an actual glimpse of the Great Horned Owl we frequently hear (and we had wondered why we don't see many crows in the yard anymore!)
