Thanks Matt, but can you please explain why they have no choice in the matter? What funding would be cut or what legal action would be taken if they did not change their website. I accept that the Society's morals have not changed, but by altering this content they have sent a strong public message.

Moving it to Canada would be a good compromise. Not much difference in travel time for all regular attendees.

Can someone from the VSS committee please explain this, particularly since tomorrow is the last day for cancelling registration?
