Any other actors use acting as a coping mechanism? Like - your life sucks. But it’s ok…put it it the work! You can use your pain as inspo for a monologue. But oh - your life still sucks, btw.

Anyone ever hear the sound of the night train randomly? I remember hearing it as a lonely kid. It seems like an otherworldly train that just sounds at random. Like a sound calling for your soul to come home.

Can I participate in acting projects while having #CFS without being unaffected? Unfortunately, no. My body pays a price, sometimes for days or weeks. There’s a lot of stimulation on a set. But life is short and finding something that lights you up is rare. 💗✨
