My favorite things in my outfit were of course the details no-one saw - the spellbok and the very convenient pouch, fitting one mobile phone! Both are attachable to any normal sized belt of my choosing.

Back from a work conference in Barcelona. It was ok, but I had a super early flight home after the big party where I dressed up, my social batteries are down to zero, and I just want to curl up and get a hug from my hubby. Did some small shopping though, a treat for surviving the week 🥲

Well, at least he grew up and learned not to be naive very quickly! I had a lot of fun drawing some dramatic scenes and Raba shirtless, even though I am a little embarrassed about him being so damn naive (he got better though) 😎

Raba pushes Nevin away with magic, takes out the knife from his side and heals his wound in panic. Raba asks Nevin why he did this, he thought they were friends. Nevin laughs at Raba. Nevin explains that he's Raba's family's slave, not his friend. He also questions if Raba is really this naive. He also mentions that if Raba would've truly been his friend, he would've stood up to Nevin when he was bullied by Raba's parents. Raba tries to explain, but gets immediately shut off by Nevin that says that their journey together ends here and he'll never serve Raba's family again. Nevin jumps out the window and tells Raba that next time he'll see him is when he's joined the Win and will set Tevinter on fire. Raba is left alone, hurt and embarrassed, but he's learned a very good lesson about trusting people.

This summer I made an 8 page comic of when my Dragon Age TTRPG character Raba fled his cozy home in Tevinter to do some adventuring and probably got a little too much adventure! He also learned the hard way that his family's servants are not his friends, especially not when they leave Tevinter! #art
Part one. Raba the short and chubby upper middle class Tevinter mage is running from home with his elven "servant" Nevin. But since it's Tevinter, he's most likely a slave. Raba's left a note to his family, saying "I'm off, don't look for me. I brought Nevin with me, don't worry! I'll return sometime, not sure when". They're going south, crossing the border to Nevarra to the city Hunter Fell. They arrive at Hunter Fell. Nevin seems to be tired of Raba's babbling. Raba finds an inn and decides that they will stop and rest there. It's night, Raba is sleeping. Nevin stands in front of him with a knife, looking determined. It's finally time to be free! Nevin stabs Raba in the side. Its hurts as hell and Raba wakes up in a panic.

Ok did a little test with the outfit and while some details are still pending, I feel less anxious than before. Getting the pants in shape helped me get away from hobbit territory a bit 😅

I'm also working on heavily modifying a vest. I found a vest that I'm first of all making shorter, and then sewing on some even fancier fabric! The first two pictures are how it looked before I started altering it, third picture is me nailing up the vest to fit me better and last pic is fabric wip.

Only the three bottom buttons are buttoned, and I realize I need cut it above the buttoned buttons to not make it look too closed and weird. Photo of the same vest, but I've cut it a bit and put on a new fabric in blue and gold. Not really visible, but the right side is almost fully sewn together while the left side is just nailed together for now.
