The first of four in a series I’ve just penned for Pursuit, celebrating Indigenous-led tourism business owners. Not only did I enjoy each and every interview (they were all incredibly inspiring), I really loved writing them!

Winter beauty at home is just as breathtaking as the diversity of scenes I’ve witnessed in my travels. The simplicity and charm of my own backyard landscape never fails to bring me joy and a sense of peace. Beauty truly is all around us, both near and afar.

What #birds do you never tire of seeing or taking pics of? The mot-mot is definitely one high up on my list.

The reality of a wildlife photographer on a moving boat, over rolling waves, attempting to get a decent shots of a frenetically moving pod of dolphins. Who can relate? It’s as joyful as it is challenging. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

If this is you, let’s connect. 😃
