It's been a long year

Today is my birthday 🎂 but instead of celebrating I went and supported everyone on TikTok, till just a few seconds ago went dark. I can only hope 🙏 we get it back. I'm sad that we lost this for us. However, I'm glad that we made history by connecting with our new friends around the world.

Yesterday, I received a book I ordered from Amazon. The Anti-inflammatory Diet & Action plans. I made the Fennel, Leek, and Pear soup on pg 132. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. I love the sweet taste of the pears and the creamy texture the cashews gave it. 😋

Finally, after doing research, I found ways to help my inflammation due to hashimotos and lupus. I'm not 100% but I feel more human than I have been in 3 years

Since diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer, I've battled with my drs. Started with insurance no longer paying for a medicine I need. Sometimes I feel like im yelling into a dark hole and nobody is listening 🎶.
