Well this did nothing as @michaelsteele.bsky.social again said Mad-DOW like MSNOW on the handover Monday, lol. If anything there was MORE emphasis on the NOW sound, lol. I'd be soooo mortified if I routinely mispronounced my coworkers name (and Symone does this, too, so not just a Michael thing).
