I don't think it was a pro-trump movement - more of a pushback against the liberals/far left. Trudeau's time was up but trump's anti-Canada rhetoric has brought many of us together despite our political leanings.

I hate the idea of booing a country's anthem but I'm not embarrassed as I understand where it's coming from...we are angry and dare I say it? Hurt?

I think she's quite brilliant but she lacks (imho) the charisma/panache necessary (unfortunately) to be a front runner (of course there's always that exception south of the border 🙄 ) but yes, her statement is of grave importance.

I can't speak for all Canadians, but I don't hate the American ppl. I'm not pleased with the choices that were made but the ppl spoke. And I'm ashamed to say that some of my countrymen/women agree with that choice 😡

As a 🇨🇦 this hurts my heart but as a country we're being extorted by our closest ally and friend - or what we thought was. It's a sad time.
