One year later she made history when she graduated from undergraduate pilot training at Laughlin AFB and became the Air Force's first African-American female pilot in 1982. During her Air Force career, Theresa flew the KC-135 Stratotanker for Strategic Air Command for seven years and later transitioned to the @usafreserve as an instructor pilot for the KC-135E where she rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel. Two air traffic controllers look out onto a tarmac. Despite dingleberry elon claiming we should cut jobs at the FAA, this ad asks people to apply for jobs as air traffic controllers. Apparently, Elon realized his life is also at risk without enough people keeping the skies safe, I guess.
