New Year’s soup. Like every year.
During the pandemic, we started celebrating Advent earlier. The Scandinavian tradition of putting up candle holders and Christmas decorations, baking saffron buns, and eating gingerbread cookies is a wonderful time of year.
And today, the snow came in full force.
