This is slow and messy and does not fit standards of "beautiful." It will cost money that i don't have here in my pocket. i will leave it to those with more actuarial minds than mine to figure out how we should fund it because the hard, personal work is how we strengthen the foundations of society.

Today we are discussing how best to serve those at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder. While some in society and Congress push for simple solutions, these authors say it is necessary to step into the complexity of a person's situation and meet them as who they are before we can be of use.
