I think the resignation letter posted here covers it all pretty darn well.

I think she’s holding out to ensure she can call DOJ’s bluff if they say they’ve released everything.
I think she’s also quite fearful; I watched a victim/survivor on MS Now a couple nights ago & the woman was scared shitless when asked if she’d been trafficked to other men after Epstein, real fear.

I think so too, but why I‘d asked is because of a mixed bag of reactions; that many were aghast at the admission, while others point out there wasn’t anything substantively changed, so it was in essence a ‘paperwork issue.’

I‘m not well versed on GJ procedure, could this Snafu have been avoided if the original indictment (w/ 3 counts) been marked up (tho admittedly messy) to reflect no true bill for Count 1 & true bill for Counts 2 & 3, signed off on by the GJ foreperson, Halligan & the magistrate judge & be copacetic?
