3 of 4 So wonderful to see Paul Vaughan THE example of authentic allyship ( also my ex ballroom dance partner 🕺yes who knew !) We heard about the power of sponsorship, from an amazing deputy chief nurse Hannah Spencer. Roger Kline shared evidence which amplified EDI is like pushing water uphill.

2 of 4,Gave so many nuggets about self agency & reminded us that in 2011 only 11 BAME chief nurses in post, 2day there are 30, we still have a way to go. It was helpful 2 hear her talk about how we thrive in spaces where racism exists!
