I didn’t even realize that I would like rugby but then I saw a highlight reel of Portia Woodman and that lady is amazing! I’ve been hooked ever since. I tried watching the mens but they weren’t near as interesting. These women are so inspiring. I’m too old now but man I would’ve loved to play.

That’s beautiful. I had a really bad accident and shattered my ankle and most days I struggle walking and I’m only 47 now. I worry sometimes that no one would want to deal with my challenges later on when it gets worse or even now when I can’t do the fun physical things everyone else wants to do.

I wonder how many people actually saw that movie. It was required for us but I lived in Germany at the time. It seems like there’s a lot of people that didn’t pay attention in history class.
