It was an ice-breaking 2.7°C swim (air -5°C) this morning! Frosty tits everywhere! Lots of laughter too!

So this is what I do every Thursday morning (some Saturdays too). I drive to a beautiful lake owned by an amazing woman and, with other like-minded folk of all ages, sizes, abilities, I swim, all year round. This has been my solace for many years and I’m very grateful for the joy & peace it brings 🩵
