These are photos from one of my visits to #Chaco Canyon in New Mexico a few years ago. It's more magnificent in real life than it is in photos. It's huge, I was awestruck by the magnitude and beauty of it. I recommend that everyone visit at least once in their life.

There are quite a few things in this article that I didn't know. This is one of them: "If a president uses recess appointments to get nominees through, those nominees face the potential of no salary if the Senate then formally votes against that nomination."
