Those are my bread and butter

I was set to land in Monterey at 11:45 am but finally boarded my rebooked flight to San Jose (which as you’ll remember, is a different city) at 6:45 pm. Two hours after it was originally scheduled to land.

Did I mention the loud buzzing for 20 minutes? I never found out what it was but everyone cheered when it finally stopped.

After that line, I waited in the terminal for another 7 hours as #DFW struggled to fix their phone lines? They kept pushing back boarding every 30 minutes but the airline reps said, don’t pay attention to the board. We’re stuck until they figure this out.

At this point I’d already missed my connecting flight to Monterey. They’d rebooked me for a flight to San Jose, which 🧐 is not the same city. After 2 hours in the customer service line, I was told the best they could do is put me in a hotel and fly me out tomorrow.

So we landed in Waco and sat on the runway for 90 minutes. We were told the Waco airport was not used to airplanes like ours coming through and weren’t ready for us. We sat in the hot cabin while they “figured out the paperwork”

Once we finally took off, we were told there was some “weather” in Dallas so they’d have to have us circle. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough fuel to do that so we had to land in Waco.

Still delayed but now there’s a loud buzzing

Apparently the airport just broke and no one knows how to fix it

Update: I now live in the Dallas airport. I will die in the Dallas airport.

False alarm. Still in Dallas

Also I’m now convinced that the Dallas Fort Worth airport is actually one of the outer circles of hell
