I know. Have you considered that your need to argue, not even to be right but to simply argue, actively impedes a solution? Because all I said was basically, "Yes, that's bad, but let's make sure we're blaming the parties that actively neglected cogent warnings." FFS.

Right, but they undermine their own argument by pointing the finger in the wrong direction. The forecast was a good forecast. The tragedy unfolded in failed administrative and executive measures.
