Insurance companies create these care plans, tell us we have to also login to their records, scare my patients by bringing up things we’ve already addressed etc. It is duplicative work but brings in revenue for the company. They need to stay in their lane.

My mom was almost tricked into signing up for Medicare Advantage by her Medicare supplement. The best argument for Advantage is that it saves the companies $$. Notice I don’t mention any patient advantages.
