peppermint and green tea, protein banana bread for breakfast, no sweet drinks (except my daily energy drink but that’s an exception), no rice or pasta, & I tried almond flour but it was gross 😅 Limited red meat & more seafood

Also walking more to work up to 10k steps & 6 bottles of water a day.
