UPDATE (Feb 3, 2025) : tariffs with Mexico and Canada are paused for 30 days (hey now you know what it's like to be a tiktoker!). They are now hiring boarder cszars to crack down on migrants bringing drugs across the border (what's that? It's ⬜ men.. Ohhh I'm 🙄shocked🙄. Hope they get detained!)

UPDATE (Feb 2, 2025 11:16pm): tariffs will be implemented to the European union, some of the biggest economies in the world.

UPDATE(Feb 2. 2025): Mexico will now impose retaliatory tariffs (more details to come)
UPDATE (Feb 2, 2025): China US vowing counter measures (though they didn't specify) and to sue the United States at the world trade organization. They are doing so because the tariffs violate WTO rules.
