You guys, we still can’t believe everything we see on the internet. I’d love to have a chat with whoever started the internet rumor that our fire trucks were prevented from entering California to help with the Palisades Fire. It’s just. Not. True.

Sitting in the Hanford Emergency Operations Center. The event is terminated as of 1839 hours.
The U. S. Department of Energy says there is currently an incident on the Hanford Site due to an ammonia leak detected at a holding tank near the Waste Treatment Plant. The 200 East Area was put in a take cover as a precaution.

Emergency Operation Center - Hanford Site
Hanford emergency personnel are responding to the event. As a precaution, 200 East personnel are sheltered in site facilities and are directed to close all doors, window and ventilation. There have been no injuries reported, and all employees have been accounted for.

Basically, the lesson learned is that if paypal is the only payment option, it’s fraud and paypal will do nothing to resolve it.
