They also took this crown, earrings AND the two necklaces you see here, from when I visited in 2024. This hall is just full of precious jewels, to give you an idea of what options these guys had available.

Here’s a pic I took from my last visit to the Louvre. The thieves didn’t take this awesome crown - but they DID take the one you can see on the left, and the bow-shaped brooch on the right.

Homemade pepper jelly. Made from the random pepper plant from Joong Boo. Small jars for gifting, cause not sure how I’d ever finish all this myself. Not sure why the pepps floated to the top but might experiment with adding pineapple or another fruit next year.

I can’t be stopped. I must pickle the cucumbers. These are pho spice inspired with ginger, chili pepper, Thai basil.
