The ground creeps up through my feet. I walk through the forest and feel like I'm more of a creature than a human, some kind of slow moving force that is half leaves and dirt, and half vibrating, nameless, energy. Am I like the plants, taking in sunlight and churning it into lifeforce?

Here's an illustrated of mine, acrylic paint on canvas. It represents deep rest, and our dreaming that leads to knowing, knowing that we are led toward what brings us alive without effort, toward that which heals what is broken, with the love we have already living inside of us. ❤️
