Lying under all these stars, it hits me how big everything really is. The universe doesn’t care about my to-do list or the dumb thing I said three days ago. And honestly, that’s kind of comforting. None of this matters as much as I think it does. I can let it go.

Long rides call for short recipes. Melt 3 tbsp butter, mix in 4 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 egg yolk, 6 tbsp flour, and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Calories don’t count on bike days—right?

Moving forward, I’m embracing a life of less—less consumption, less waste, less noise. Prioritizing self-care, building meaningful connections, and finding joy in the wonderfully mundane moments that make life rich and fulfilling.
