Now, several of those items – including “national origin,” “politics” and “marital status” – have been removed from that list.

This is the problem:
Until the recent changes, VA hospitals’ bylaws said that medical staff could not discriminate against patients “on the basis of race, age, color, sex, religion, national origin, politics, marital status or disability in any employment matter”.

Discriminating against anyone, but particularly veterans who’ve sacrificed for this country, in this manner is disgraceful yet par for the course these days.
This administration and the VA need to be held accountable for the atrocious manner they’ve treated veterans.

Like he’s doing a favor for them at that.

This is absolutely atrocious. My how far we’ve fallen.

It’s blatantly illegal. It’s a coup. Call it what it is.

Yet, what musk and his band of teenagers are doing is far outside of even those broad powers. It’s illegal.
