I don't know. That doesn't feel right either. At a No Kings protest in Colorado, a "peace keeper" who worked for the protest organizers, was the one who accidentally shot and killed an innocent man. The peace keeper (aka protest rally security) was shooting at an armed would-be mass shooter.

I wish immigrants knowing their rights could actually stop the masked kidnappers from abducting them. I don't see how knowing their rights will keep their bodies from being beaten and shoved into an unmarked van and disappeared. What ELSE can we do besides put out pamphlets? It feels so helpless. 😔

I'm glad you understand that it will pass. I've been here too. My body was trying to tell me something but I wouldn't listen. I was married to a cruel man and I didn't want to acknowledge it. I was putting myself last all of the time.
