New FO!! The Melted Shrug by Suzanne Sommer (A fav designer of mine) knit up in five colors including two from Claws Out Yarn Co and one from @lolabeanyarnco.com

#showmeyourknits this week is #socktober and I always have a pair of socks going. Here I’m trying a play on old athletic socks. Doing a 3x3 rib for the leg, will do a flap Eye of Partridge heel then just stockinette on the foot.

#showmeyourknits is sweaters this week and I can’t pick a favorite so here’s my sweater stack.
Two stacks of handknit sweaters of all sorts on a shelf. All made by me. Over 20 years. I’ve made more sweaters than this but due to fit or style issues have either rehomed or frogged to reuse the yarn for something else.

Started section 2 of the Melted Shrug which is basically a shawl with sleeves. 2 color brioche is not hard but it takes a few rounds to get in the groove. Looks good though, I’m pleased with the way these two yarns are working together.
