Reminder to fellow southerners about to be hit with the polar vortex: charge your chargers, charge your e-jackets and other warming items, your devices, etc. now before every furnace on the grid starts competing with AI for a taste of electricity.

It’s wild to be prepping for a winter storm in ATL while SoCal is running from wildfires. I’ve almost forgotten how stressful fires and earthquakes can be now that I’ve been back to tornadoes and black ice for so long. Wishing safety for all my many friends who still live there.

I actually remembered to take my turkey out of the freezer. Not saying you didn’t but did you? Said with full love and care and just go do it dammit.
