There is an online program called Core Grammar for Lawyers. Law schools use it as do practitioners.

Their secret code argument might be that founders adopted natural law principles, now imbedded in const. (e.g., 9th amend. rights “retained”) and that parental rights derive from natural law & are thus protected. That can only take it so far tho. Creating affirmative duty to inform the parent … (?)

I’d suggest using 2 or 3 monitors or getting one of the XL curved ones. You are more likely to be paperless at home and need to be able to view multiple things at once.

Yes for upper-level classes, but less so for 1L classes like Civ Pro. It is pretty coordinated.

I tell my 1Ls to stop narrating the argument and just do the arguing. “The opponent could argue…” and “A court has held…” don’t add anything
