The middle one might be punctelia. It seems more gray-blue and also appears to have light coloring underneath. A chlorine test would help. Scratch the surface and drop fresh bleach, it will flash red if it’s punctelia, an orchil lichen.

The purple carrot is really neat. Did you steam or pound? I have found carrot leaves to be good for eco-printing. It doesn’t stay green forever but it leaves a nice texture
