The grift is real. not possible. Cassidy knows. states regulate insurance, 50 separate markets. insurance companies can decide to not offer insurance in a state if it’s not profitable to them (unhealthy population) leading to no competition / higher prices offered by the insurers that do offer care.

Playbook: revoke citizenship of critics / protesters, arrest, deport, imprison. Budget large allocations for secret police. vulnerable Medicaid recipients placed in field labor. Prison camps. Not even hyperbole any more.
