If your workplace is in need of a little winter morale boost, I highly recommend hosting a chili cook-off! We had 12 different chilis enter our competition and it was a blast!

I finished my 100th book of the year on 12/31 at about noon and I was so excited! Keeping my goal at 100 books again for 2025 because I was cutting it close 😅 Always accepting book recommendations if anyone has any good ones!

I loved spirit week as a student and teacher, and our staff had so much fun with it this past week! Bonus points if you turn it into a contest, that drove a lot more engagement for us.
