My husband works on a Home-Based Primary Care team. They travel to the homes of house-bound veterans, providing care to veterans plus training to caregivers so veterans can stay in their homes longer. It's a great program.

That was such an interesting post from a sociological point of view. There's something about how the quality of discourse decreases as the number of people increases that reminds me of a "Reading the Bible while Hebrew" post about the tower of Babel- and how empires hurt people.

Halibut is the best if you can find it. Tender, buttery and easy. Salmon is easier to eat if it's blackened-style with Cajun spices, or rubbed with oil & Tom Douglas's salmon rub (rub with love) and cooked under the broiler, or as a salmon burger. Salmon salad can be made with any leftovers
