Ah, PDX weather in June... I'm reheating chicken salsa soup tonight (it was 52º today) and making a shopping list for dinner salads (it'll be 88º on Friday).

I love a whole whack about this new environment... but I miss listening to others gloating (is that too strong a word? perhaps enjoying?) the Packers winning (beating is too strong a word) over the Chiefs

Hungry! I've got yummy Lemony Chicken and Spinach soup on the stove, but dinner (and leftovers, and lovely (silicon) bags to put into the freezer) are still 15 minutes away. It always takes longer than I think it will. Do I remember that? Apparently not. <sigh>
