Exactly right! Getting ADP (Scotland) has meant I can stay in work and function in a world that's not built for me. Without it I'll have to go back to my self employed life, the long term stress of which had burned me out and brought me right to the edge.

I live in Scotland, they have a thing here called Salad Cream which is truly repulsive. Yellowish viscous sauce stuff that you put on salad if you're a salad pervert..I can't even think about it for too long without getting the boke.

I just use Hellmans it's never occurred to me to check it for sugar.
