Like they are both some of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. So kind even when things were rough and always so receptive and grateful. They were just very medically complex. And now they’re both back to walking independently and I’m just so, so, so unbelievably proud!

Truly the older we get, the more the mundane things really matter. Which I think is actually kind of nice, that something so basic can bring us so much joy!
