When the sensory overload is more than you can handle, find a quiet spot to just relax... made sure to end up at a park with no play equipment so I wouldn't have to listen to screaming children.

All weekend I had nowhere to be and the weather behaved itself... today, when I had to leave the house, I walked out to this. There is just enough snow to cause havoc on the roads. Ugh.

I have my family Thanksgiving today. I debated even going, but my liberal aunt and uncle are hosting, so I'm hoping that keeps the others in check. I am wearing this shirt, though, so we'll see if anyone says anything...

My adorable granddaughter is 7 months old today! ❤️ She recently discovered that she enjoys standing. Unfortunately, she can neither pull herself up nor stay standing on her own just yet. I imagine it won't be long until she figures it out, though.
