Uf da...my apologies to the kind folx who followed me right as I fell off the face of the earth. I lost a family member on top of everything; drowning at work, burned out, mad as heck, yet hopefully and most importantly...I'm back!

I recently gave a presentation on moral injury in social work practice, organizations, and education. Incredibly relevant to current events. A critical question came up - how do we prepare students for the reality of practice. The answer: BELL HOOKS.

Federal staff are facing threats: resign or be fired. They take an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States from threats foreign or domestic. They are a critical line of defense. They are uniting, refusing to resign. Contact your representatives, protect these workers. HOLD THE LINE.
