I don't know if Giuffre is a reliable witness - I stay away from that sort of news because I find it deeply traumatic. I was referring specifically to your lack of understanding on why an abused child might do things that seem less than sane or rational in your eyes.

I was sexually abused as a child from the age of 7 onwards, and have since then done questionable, stupid, promiscuous things - sometimes by choice, sometimes by other's manipulation. Being on the receiving end of abuse at that age does things to you that you can't even begin to comprehend.
