It was batch soup cooking of ham and lentil and pea and ham all made off a stock from pressure cooking a ham hock, with some bagels cut up and air fried as croutons - comfort food at its best!

I did an extra shift with our vaccinator team today - the privilege of talking to patients who are so pleased that we’re there offering it is humbling. Not my everyday job but I love helping the Winter campaign every year in Lanarkshire!
