He definitely thinks it's a stupid question IMO. Mike seems to answer the question you asked whether it was the question you meant or not (which as a pedant myself I appreciate), it also enables him to move on from answering the implied/intended question

Are Amazon up for renewal? All the Thursday games I've seen so far have had a fair amount of failing to criticise or call out bad calls/no calls (last night actually had some to be fair)

Also I think MM will slowly develop more coachspeak, I think it's inevitable to a degree to protect players and keep coaching in house after poorer performances. He was careful not to throw Riq under the bus

Seahawks fans had to absorb the national media comments of the "saddest QB competition in history" etc, some just absorbed too much of that and believed in nonsense that Geno was bad. See also signs calling for Jimmy G that preseason...

I've got a list 😂, failures on multiple levels for a game that could have been won and will hurt us, but as you say elsewhere the scoreline seems to flatter the Seahawks

If that's the case then it speaks to 2 things in my mind:
1. JS doesn't have the sales skills/cache with ownership he needs
2. Ownership is too heavily influenced by the fan base being split on Geno
If there is a good plan in place (not Darnold) then I'm happy to be proven wrong, but I doubt it

He now has to figure out QB on top of everything else this year, and probably already needed a good draft/free agency, or he's likely gone at the end of the season

As a Seahawks fan this makes me sad. Seems like we will either overpay Darnold (behind this line?!), or do something silly like draft Dart in the first round. Don't see a good option, we've gone from a team with an outside shot of contending with a good off-season to bottom feeders
