I don't know what cereal box your lawyer got their law degree from, but they are incompetent. If copyright holders have no authority to control how their IP is used then copyrights are meaningless. I hope major companies sue you & the fanfic authors you coddle- you WILL lose!

The premise- a random dimensional gate sends the Holograms to an alternate Earth, where they meet their AU counterparts, the black metal band Wicked Edge, fronted by Jem Nightblade. Essentially replaces season 3 of the cartoon, does not acknowledge the IDW comics in any way.
