It could be that, or that as overlord Husk was respected by his employees, and that's why even after losing his title of overlord they remain at the casino and still respect Husk.

I started thinking that when Alastor called Husk at the hotel, he was playing cards, probably at the casino. So I think he's still the owner, or at least a co-owner. We noticed that he was never kicked out or charged for drinks, and everyone is wearing clothes in similar colors to Husk's.
